I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Idaho, having a Broker’s license in Idaho since 2017. Prior to that I was a licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut, and originally obtained a Real Estate licensed in 2003.
After entering Real Estate I immediately went to work earning the e-PRO Internet Professional Certification, and upgraded from a Salesperson’s License to a Broker’s License. I have also earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR®) designation. Having taking numerous additional courses on real estate matters such as property valuation and appraisal, inspections, negotiations, real estate laws, escrow, and so many more, as well as the 20-plus years of on the job experience, means that I am well prepared to help you every step of the way.
Originally from the California Bay Area (Silicon Valley), I am a 3rd generation REALTOR®, with a family history in Real Estate going back to the 1950’s, so Real Estate is in my blood!
Focusing on providing the best experience possible for clients Real Estate needs is a priority. Having been through the inter-state relocation process myself a couple of times, I am ready to walk you through it all, and understand better than most how the process can vary from what clients from another state may be used to.
Having lived on both coasts, and moving to Meridian Idaho in 2016 to be closer to family, I can honestly say this is the best place to live and never want to leave.
Focusing on the Treasure Valley, including the Boise Metro area within Ada and Canyon Counties, I am eager to put my 20+ years of experience to work to help you find a new home here, or help you sell it when it is time for something different.
